A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.2 TO THE CONTRACT
WITH CORELL CONTRACTOR,INC.FOR THE 1998 ASHWORTH DRIVE
PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENTS INCREASING THE CONTRACT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $27,920 FOR AN UPGRADING IF THE STRENGTH IF THE
SUBBASE,AND REDUCING THE POTENIAL FOR PAVEMENT HEAVING
AND SETTLEMENT
WHEREAS,it has been determined that the subbase needs to be upgraded and
strengthened to rednce the potential for the pavement heaving and settlement,
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA,that Change Order No.2 increasing the amount of the
contract with Correll Contractor,Inc.in the amount of $27,920 for the 1998 Ashworth
Drive Pavement Improvements is hereby approved;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to execute said Change Order No.2.
