RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT TO PURCHASE PHONE AND WIRING
FROM CONVERGENT COMMUNICATIONS FOR CITY HALL AND PUBLIC
SAFETY FACILITIES
WHEREAS,the City staff has received and reviewed proposals for phone and wiring of the new
City Hall and Public Safety Building facilities;and
WHEREAS,Convergent Communications was found to have proposed the system best suited to
meet the needs of the City of Waukee,and
WHEREAS,A five year warranty on telephony systems has been given:
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Waukee does
hereby approved and authorize payment in the amount of $24,542.84 for telephones and hardware
and software relating thereto including wiring for the City Hall and Public Safety Building.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 71h day of June 1999.
