RESOLUTION NO.99-62
ORDERING THE INSTALLATION OF STREETLIGHTS ALONG BOONE
DRIVE
WHEREAS,The City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,believes it is in the interest of public safety
to have streetlights installed on Boone Drive;and
WHEREAS,The safety of our young people is a vital concem to all residents;and
WHEREAS,Streetlighting will provide a safe pathway for all pedestrian traffic along Boone Drive.
NOW THEREFORE,be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the City staff is
ordered to malce such arrangements that streetlights will be installed along Boone Drive with the City
paying the cost of the Streetlights.
Passed and Accepted this 21 sf day of June,1999.
