RESOLUTION 96-16
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF
KOETHE ADDITION -A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF WAUKEE,IN DALLAS COUNTY IOWA
WHEREAS,LeMar Koethe has presented the Final Plat of Koethe Addition,and
the Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved this Final Plat;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has found this subdivision to be in conformance with
its comprehensive plan;1
WHEREAS,the City Council has found that the Final Plat has met the
requirements under section 354.8 ofthe Code oflowa;
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved that the Final Plat for Koethe Addition is
hereby approved on this 15th day of July,1996.
