RESOLUTION 96-15
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF
WINDFIELD PLAT 5 -A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF WAUKEE,IN DALLAS COUNTY IOWA
WHEREAS,the Windfield Development Corp.has presented the Final Plat of Wind field
Plat 5,and the Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved this Final Plat on June
25,1996;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has found this subdivision to be in conformance with its
comprehensive plan;
WHEREAS,the City Council has found that the final plat has met the reqnirements under
section 354.8 of the Code oflowa;
WHEREAS,a letter has been submitted dedicating a parcel of land for park dedication as
per the requirements of the City's Subdivision Ordinance.
WHEREAS,there are no outstanding Special Assessment due;
WHEREAS,a cashiers check in the amount of $4,000 has been submitted for work left to
be done,including work on Outlot D;and
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved that the Final Plat for Windfield Plat 5 is hereby
accepted this 15th day of July,1996.
