RESOLUTION 96-22
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF
SNYDER CORNER -A SUBDIVISION IN DALLAS COUNTY
AND WITHIN TWO MILES OF WAUKEE'S CITY LIMITS
WHEREAS,Bruce C.Snyder and Sharon E.Snyder have the submitted the Final Plat of
Snyder Corner,and the Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved this plat at
their meeting of August 28,1996;and
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council has reviewed this plat and found it to be in
conformance with its comprehensive plan;and ]
WHEREAS,the items in the subdivision code have been met;and
WHEREAS,the city of Waukee has chosen to waive its right to review sections 303.94-
303.97 of the Waukee Municipal Code and trusts that these requirements will be reviewed
by Dallas County;and
WHEREAS,the developer/owner has agreed that they will deed any future Right-of-Way
needed by the City of Waukee along the boundaries of this platto the City for a fee of $1.00;
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved that the Final Plat for Snyder Corner is hereby
approved on this 9th day of September,1996.
