RESOLUTION 96-20
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE UNDERGROUND UTILITIES
(WATER/SEWER/GAS)AND STREETS
IN WESTGATE PLAT 1 -A SUBDIVISION IN THE
CITY OF WAUKEE,IN DALLAS COUNTY IOWA
WHEREAS,the Underground utilities (water,sewer,gas),public roads have been
installed by the developer in Westgate Plat 1,a subdivision in the City of Waukee,Iowa;
Whereas the developer has submitted a check in the amount of$9,000 to cover the
remaining work to be completed on these utilities if such work is not completed within 60
days of the passage of this resolution,such an amount deemed sufficient by the City's
Engineer;1
WHEREAS,these utilities have been inspected the City Engineer and have been found to
be acceptable to the City,except for the items covered by the check;
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved that the underground utilities,and Lots A,B,C,D,
E,F,and G are accepted by the City of Waukee on this ninth day of September,1996.
