RESOLUTION 96-21
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF
WESTGATE TOWNHOMES -A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF WAUKEE,IN DALLAS COUNTY IOWA
WHEREAS,Regency Bnilders has presented the Final Plat of Westgate Townhomes,and the
Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved this Final Plat at their meeting on Angust 28,
1996;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has found this snbdivision to be in conformance with its comprehensive
plan;
WHEREAS,the City Council has found that the Final Plat has met the requirements under section
354.8 oflhe Code of Iowa,and the requirements oflhe Waukee Subdivision Ordinance;
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved that the Final Plat for Westgate Townhomes is hereby
approved on this 9th day of September,1996.
