HomeMy WebLinkAbout1998-09-14-Resolutions 98-46_Road Use ReportRESOLUTION 98-46 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE'S ANNUAL ROAD USE REPORT,AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE TO FILE THE REPORT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION WHEREAS,the Waukee City Clerk and Waukee City Treasure have submitted to the City Council of the City of Waukee the 1998 Street Finance Report for the City of Waukee,Iowa;and WHEREAS,the report shows total Road Use Receipts in the amount $245,596 and total expenditures of $219,128 in the Road Use Fund,with an ending Road Use Fund Balance of $192,117;and WHEREAS,the report shows total road use related revenues from all fund in the amount of$647,184 and total expenditures in the amount $817,291;and WHEREAS,the City Council finds that the funds for road use purposes have been used for their intended purpose; NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Waukee hereby approves the Road Use Report and directs the City Clerk to file the same with the Department of Transportation.
