)RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ASHWORTH DRIVE AND WARRIOR
LANE INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee entered into an Agreement under date of
June 1,1998,with Van Hauen &Associates,Inc.to construct certain
improvements known as the Ashworth Drive and Warrior Lane Intersection
Improvements,and
WHEREAS,the City's Engineer,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.,have filed a
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION stating that the work has been
completed in substantial accordance with the plans and specifications for the
improvement,
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Ashworth Drive and
Warrior Lane Intersection Improvements be and they are hereby accepted
and the Mayor authorized and directed to execute said CERTIFICATE OF
COMPLETION.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 21st day of December,1998.
