A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT ESA TIMATE
NO.1 (FINAL)FOR ASHWORTH DRIVE AND WARRIOR LANE
INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS,Van Hauen &Associates,Inc.has prepared and filed
Contractor's Progress Estimate No.1 (Final),and
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.,the project engineer has reviewed and
recommends payment of said Progress Payment No.1 (Final).
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that Partial Payment No.1
(Final)on the Ashworth Drive and Warrior Lane Intersection Improvements
be and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby directed to sign
and approve said Progress Payment and payment therefor made.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 21st day of December,1998.
