RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF
INDIGO RIDGE PLAT 1 -A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF WAUKEE,IN DALLAS COUNTY IOWA
WHEREAS,Jerry's Homes,Inc.has presented the Final Plat of Indigo Ridge Plat 1,and
the Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved this Final Plat on October 27,
1998;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has found this subdivision to be in conformance with its
comprehensive plan;
WHEREAS,the City Council has found that the final plat has met the requirements under
Section 354.8 of the Code oflowa;
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council has found that the requirements have been met,
under its current Ordinances;
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved that the Final Plat for Indigo Ridge Plat 1 is hereby
accepted this 21"day of December,1998 .

certify that a regular meeting of the City Council,held on December 21,1998,the
foregoing Resolution 98-57A entitled,"Resolution Accepting the Final Plat of Indigo
Ridge Plat 1,a Subdivision of the City of Waukee,in Dallas County,Iowa."was
introduced and read before the said City Council,and after due consideration a motion
was made by Councilman Gruber,seconded by CouncilmanPeard to pass the resolution.
