RESOLUTION 99-137
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF WINDFillLD II PLAT 1
RESIDENTIAL R-2 A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IN DALLAS
COUNTY IOWA
WHEREAS,Bishop Engineering has presented the Final Plat of Windfield IIPlat 1 Residential
R-2,and the Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved this Final Plat on September
28,1999;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has found this subdivision to be in conformance with its
comprehensive plan;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has found that the final plat has met the requirements under
Section 354.8 of the Code of Iowa;and
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resol ved that the Final Plat f r
is hereby accepted this 1st day of November,1999.

We,the undersigned,Mayor and City Clerk,of the City of Waukee,Iowa,do hereby
certify that a regular meeting of the City Council,held on November 1,1999,the
foregoing Resolution 99-137 entitled,"Resolution Accepting the Final Plat of Windfield
II Plat 1 Residential R-2,a Subdivision of the City of Waukee,in Dallas County,Iowa"
was introduced and read before the said City Council,and after due consideration a
motion was made by Councilman Gruber,seconded by Councilman Lyon,to pass the
resolution.Upon roll call,the following Council members voted:
