RESOLUTION 09-114
APPROVING FY 2009 BUDGET AMENDMENT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is required to file an annual budget amendment,if
necessary,no later than May 31 st of each fiscal year;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee's proposed budget amendment for FY09 was published
in the Dallas County News on May ih,2009;AND,
WHEREAS,the Director of Finance,Linda Burkhart,reviewed the budget for FY09,
and proposed total revenue increases of $7,184,650,and increased expenditures ill the
amount of $6,560,370.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this is"day of May,2009 that it hereby approves amending the FY2009 budget
as published.
