RESOLUTION NO.99-113
ORDERING THE INSTALLATION OF SIDEWALKS ALONG BOONE DRIVE
AND PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR ASSESSMENT
WHEREAS,The City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,believes it is in the interest of public safety
to have sidewalks installed on Boone Drive;and
WHEREAS,The safety of our young people is a vital concern to all residents;and
WHEREAS,Sidewalks will provide a safe pathway for all pedestrian traffic along Boone Drive.
NOW THEREFORE,be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the City staff is
ordered to make such arrangements that sidewalks will be installed along Boone Drive with a Public
Hearing at City Hall to be held at 7:00 p.m.on October 4,1999 for the assessment of property owners
failing to install said sidewalks.
Passed and Accepted this is"day of September,1999.
