RESOLUTION NO.99-114
RESOLUTION APPROVING GAS RATE STRUCTURE FOR WAUKEE GAS
WHEREAS,it is in the interest of the City of Waukee to have a fiscally sound Gas
Company;and
WHEREAS,the staff of Waukee Gas has developed a gas rate structure to provide for
the fmancial health ofthe Cities Gas Company;and
WHEREAS,the City Council on August 30,1999 recommended proceeding with the
fma1ization of said rate structure.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Waukee
does hereby approve the implementation of option 2 as presented at the August 30,1999
City Council Meeting.]
PASSED AND APPROVED this 13th day of September 1999.
