RESOLUTION NO.99-115
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.1 FOR THE
PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING TO THE CONTRACT WITH DENIS DELLA
VEDOV A,INC.FOR THE PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING PROJECT
INCREASING THE CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,383.50
WHEREAS,it has been determined that the changes identified in Change Order
No.1 for Public Safety Building are necessary and appropriate:
NOW THEREFORE,be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa,that Change Order No.1 providing for a net increase of$3,383.50 in the amount of
the contract with Denis Della Vedova,Inc.for the Public Safety Building Proj ect is
hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to execute said Change Order No.1.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 4th day of October,1999.
