RESOLUTION NO.99-124
RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF RETAINAGE FOR
THE EASTERN AREA PUMP STATION
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee entered into an Agreement under date of July 6,
1998,with H &W Contracting LLC to construct certain improvements lcnown as the
EASTERN AREA PUMP STATION,and
WHEREAS,the contractor has prepared and filed Certificate of Completion,and
WHEREAS,the Project Engineer,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.,has reviewed and
recommends payment of retainage for the Eastern Area Pump Station,and
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that retainage in the amount of
$11,690.04 be released to H &W Contracting LLC be and the same is hereby approved
and payment authorized and directed to be made.
