RESOLUTION NO.99-125
RESOLUTION APPROVING MIDAMERICAN ENERGY ALICE'S ROAD ELECTRICAL
SUBSTATION SITE PLAN
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,has been petitioned to approve a site
plan for MidAmerican Energy Alice's Road Electrical Substation;and
WHEREAS,the City Staff has reviewed said site plan and has found it to be in conformity with
the Waukee Municipal Code and zoning regulations,and
NOW THEREFORE,be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the Site
Plan for MirtAmerican Energy Alice's Road Electrical Substation is approved as presented.
PASSED AND ACCEPTED this 19th day of October,1999.
