RESOLUTION NO.99-123
RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF RETAINAGE FOR
THE UTILITillS CROSSING,U.S.IDGHWA Y 6 RECONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee entered into an Agreement under date of March
15,1999,with H &W Contracting LLC.to construct certain improvements known as the
Utilities Crossing,U.S.Highway 6 Reconstruction,and
WHEREAS,the contractor has prepared and filed Certificate of Completion,and
WHEREAS,the Project Engineers,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.,have reviewed and
recommend release of the retainage for said project in the amount of $11,047.57;
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that retainage in the amount of
$11,047.57 be released to H &W Contracting LLC.be and the same is hereby approved
and payment authorized and directed to be made.]
