RESOLUTION NO.99-140
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISING FOR AND THE HIRING OF A PART·
TIME METER READERIUTILITY LABORER
WHEREAS,there is an immediate need for a Meter Reader for utility services provided by the
City of Waukee;and
WHEREAS,Public Works Director John Gibson has sought bids for and conducted an
exhaustive search for contract Meter Readers,and
WHEREAS,An additional laborer in the Utility Department 1S needed to handle rapid
expansion of services.
NOW THEREFORE,be it resolved by the city council of the City of Waukee that the Public
Works Director is directed to begin the process of advertising for and the hiring of a part-time meter
reader/utility laborer.
