RESOLUTION 99-135
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF HAWTHORNE RIDGE
TOWNHOMES RESIDENTIAL R-5 A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IN
DALLAS COUNTY IOWA
WHEREAS,Bishop Engineering has presented the Final Plat of Hawthorne Ridge Townhomes
Residential R-5,and the Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved this Final Plat on
July 27,1999;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has found this subdivision to be in conformance with its
comprehensive plan;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has found that the final plat has met the requirements under
Section 354.8 of the Code of Iowa;and
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved that the Final Plat for Hawthorne Ridge Town,
Residential R-5,is hereby accepted this 1st day of November 999.

certify that a regular meeting of the City Council,held on November 1,1999,the
foregoing Resolution 99-135 entitled,"Resolution Accepting the Final Plat of Hawthorne
Ridge Town Residential R-5,a Subdivision of the City of Waukee,in Dallas County,
Iowa"was introduced and read before the said City Council,and after due consideration
a motion was made by Councilman Lyon,seconded by Councilman Berger,to pass the
resolution.Upon roll call,the following Council members voted:
