RESOLUTION 99-141
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF ENTERPRISE BUSINESS PARK
PLAT 2 OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IN DALLAS COUNTY IOWA
WHEREAS,Downing Development,LTD has presented the Final Plat of Enterprise Business
Park Plat 2,Limited Industrial District (M-IA)and Community and Highway Service
Commercial District (C-l),and the Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved this
Final Plat on October 25,1999;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has found this plat to be in conformance with its comprehensive
plan;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has found that the final plat has met the requirements under
Section 354.8 of the Code of Iowa;and
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved that the Final Plat for Enterprise Business Park Plat 2,
Limited Industrial District (M-IA)and Community and Highway Service Commercial District

We,the undersigned,Mayor and City Clerk,of the City of Waukee,Iowa,do hereby
certify that a special meeting of the City Council,held on November 3,1999,the
foregoing Resolution 99-141 entitled,"Resolution Approving Enterprise Business Park
Plat 2,an industrial and commercial district in the City of Waukee,in Dallas County,
Iowa"was introduced and read before the said City Council,and after due consideration a
motion was made by Councilman Gruber,seconded by Councilman Lyon to pass the
resolution.Upon roll call,the following Council members voted:
