RESOLUTION NO.99-86
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING MIDAMERICAN ENERGY PROPOSAL FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF STREETLIGHTS IN BELFRY ESTATES
WHEREAS,The City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,believes it is in the interest of public safety
to have streetlights installed in Belfry Estates;and
WHEREAS,The proposal for streetlights in Belfry Estates meets with City standards and
specifications.
NOW THEREFORE,be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the City
Administrator/Clerk is ordered to execute the agreement with MidAmerican Energy to have streetlights
installed within Belfry Estates.
