RESOLUTION NO.99-65
RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY ESTIMATE NO.11 (FINAL)FOR THE
WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS STATE REVOLVING
FUND PROJECT NO.CS19211501
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee entered into an Agreement under date of April 6,1998,with Rice
Lake Contracting Corp.construct certain improvements known as the Waukee Wastewater
Treatment facility,and
WHEREAS,the contractor has prepared and filed CONTRACTOR'S PAY ESTIMATE NO.11
(Final),and
WHEREAS,the Project Engineer,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.,have reviewed and recommend
approval of said (Final)Pay Estimate:
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that Pay Estimate No.11 in the amount of
$84,423.31 to Rice Lake Contracting Corp.be and the same is hereby approved and payment
authorized and directed to be made.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 21"day of June 1999.
