A VENUE THAT THE CITY WILL GRANT A·2 ZONING AT THEIR BEHEST
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized municipal
corporation;and
WHEREAS,the City Council wants to permit property owners who annex into the City certain
land use rights by making the zoning of A-2 available to rural land owners;and
WHEREAS,the City states their intention to allow an A-2 zoning designation for properties
south of University Avenue;and
WHEREAS,the City Council of Waukee is cognizant of the concerns of future Waukee citizens.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Waukee does hereby
declare by resolution that it will grant A-2 zoning to any resident south of University Avenue.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the IOth Day of July
2000.
