Approving Brelsford Carwash Site Plan
WHEREAS,The Planning &Zoning Commission has approved the plat;AND,
WHEREAS,The City Council has approved this plat subject to the satisfactions listed on the letter from
Veenstra and Kim dated June 26,2000;AND,
WHEREAS,The City Council has agreed to waive the requirement of a 31 foot road in favor of a 24
foot road.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 10th
day of July 2000,that it hereby approves the preliminary plat of Parkview Crossing Plat 2.
