RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT AND COMPENSATION
PACKAGE OF JODY GUNDERSON AS DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized municipal
corporation;and
WHEREAS,the City staff has been experiencing a dramatic increase in their workload;and
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee's success depends upon the efficiency and productivity of City
Hall;and
WHEREAS,Jody Gunderson is available for hire and has outstanding credentials,qualifying
him for the position of Director of Community Development.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Waukee does hereby
declare by resolution that it approves the hiring and compensation package of Jody Gunderson as
Waukee's Director of Community Development.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 10th Day of July
2000.
