RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REZONING OF THE NOYCE FARM
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized municipal
corporation;and
WHEREAS,Knapp Properties has submitted a petition to rezone the Noyce Farm from A-I to
C-I/M-I;and
WHEREAS,the Waukee Planning &Zoning Commission has approved said rezoning;and
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee desires too economically develop the Hickman corridor with
commercial/industrial businesses.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Waukee do hereby approve
by resolution the rezoning of the Noyce Farm from A-I to C-lIM-l.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 10th Day of July,
2000.
