RESOLUTION 00-100

Approving Waukee Motors Site Plan
WHEREAS,The Planning &Zoning Commission has approved the plat;AND,
WHEREAS,The City Council has approved this plat subject to the satisfaction of items listed on the
letter from Veenstra and Kim dated July 6,2000;AND,
WHEREAS,The City Council more specifically requires that a surface water flowage easement be
added as well as an alley straightening easement.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 10th
day of July 2000,that it hereby approves the Waukee Motors Site Plan.
