\RESOLUTION INDICATING THE CITY COUNCIL'S INTEREST IN TAKING PART
IN THE STUDY BEING CONDUCTED BY THE DES MOINES METRO
WASTEWATER RECLAMATION AUTHORITY
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized municipal
corporation;and
WHEREAS,the Des Moines Metro Wastewater Reclamation Authority has offered to allow
Waukee to take part in a concept study concerning the future of the WRA;and
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee would benefit by being a pm of the WRA in the future;and
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee will incur no cost for taking part in the study.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Waukee does hereby
declare by resolution that it approves of the City of Waukee taking part in the study being
conducted by the Des Moines Metro Wastewater Reclamation Authority.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 10th Day of July
2000.
