THE ASHWORTH DRIVE PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee entered into an Agreement under date of
October 19,1998,with Correll Contractors Inc.to construct certain
improvements known as the Ashworth Drive Pavement Improvements,and
WHEREAS,the contractor has prepared and filed CONTRACTOR'S PAY
ESTIMATE NO.4,and
WHEREAS,the Project Engineers,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.,have reviewed
and recommend approval of said Pay Estimate;
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that Pay Estimate No.4 in the
amount of $298,511.18 to Correl Contractors Inc.be and the same is hereby
approved and payment authorized and directed to be made.
PASSED AND APPROVED this iz"day of Ju1y1999.
