RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RDG's BID TO PREPARE THE CITY OF WAUKEE's
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has received and reviewed bids for the preparation of a
comprehensive plan for the City of Waukee,and
WHEREAS,RDG has presented a proposal meeting the desired specifications;and
WHEREAS,after careful review the Mayor,City Council and City Staff believe that RDG is
the firm best suited to prepare the City's comprehensive plan;

NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Wankee
does hereby accept the bid of RDG Crose Gardner Shnkert,Inc.in association with Howard
R.Green Company for the preparation of the a Comprehensive Plan for the City ofWankee
in the amount of $34,500.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 12th day of July 1999.
