RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY ESTIMATE NO.1 FOR
THE UTILITIES CROSSING,U.S.HIGHWAY 6
RECONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee entered into an Agreement under date of
March 15,1999,with H &W Contracting LLC.to construct certain
improvements known as the Utilities Crossing,U.S.Highway 6
Reconstruction,and
WHEREAS,the contractor has prepared and filed CONTRACTOR'S PAY
ESTIMATE NO.1,and
WHEREAS,the Project Engineers,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.,have reviewed
and recommend approval of said Pay Estimate;
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that Pay Estimate No.1 in the
amount of $247,295.93 to H &W Contracting LLC.be and the same is
hereby approved and payment authorized and directed to be made.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 12th day of July 1999.
