RESOLUTION 00-115
RESOLUTION APPROVING PREANNEXATION AGREEMENT WITH JANET
LOOTS (VICTORY GLASS)
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized municipal
corporation;and
WHEREAS,the City Council wants to annex property adjacent to Interstate 80;and
WHEREAS,the City Council wants provide more shopping,eating,and recreation opportunities
to our residents;and
WHEREAS,the proposed Preannexation agreement helps facilitate annexation and development
along Interstate 80.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Waukee does hereby
declare by resolution their approval of the Loots Pre-annexation agreement.1
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 31st Day of July 2000.
