RESOLUTION OF SUPPORT SUPPORTING CONLIN PROPERTIES,INC.TAX
CREDIT APARTMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized municipal
corporation;and
WHEREAS,this housing project will contain 24 units;and
WHEREAS,the units will be targeted towards families;and
WHEREAS,the project will be new construction;and
WHEREAS,the Sponsor has requested local assistance through a tax-exempt entity;and
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Waukee,that we support
and approve the development of the aforesaid housing in our community,subject to city
ordinances and the building permit process.This resolution is effective until December 31,
2000.In the event that any of the characteristics mentioned above should change prior to the
issuance of a building permit,this resolution is null and void.
Passed by tbe City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 31st Day of July 2000.}
