RESOLUTION NO.99-79
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLAN FOR BELFRY ESTATES
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,has been petitioned to approve a
construction plan for Belfry Estates;and
WHEREAS,the City Engineer's Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.have reviewed said construction plan and
provide such recommendations as are required for conformity with the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE,be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the Construction
Plan for Belfry Estates is approved as presented.
Passed and Accepted this 2nd day of August,1999.
