RESOLUTION NO.99-87
RESOLUTION APPROVING MIDAMERICA ENERGY -BELFRY ESTATES
UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC EXTENSION
WHEREAS,MidAmerican Energy was submitted drawings showing their company's construction
plans for an underground electric extension for Belfry Estates,and
WHEREAS,The proposal for an underground electric extension meets with City standards and
specifications.
NOW THEREFORE,be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the City
Administrator/Clerk is ordered to execute the agreement with MidAmerican Energy to have an
underground electrical extension installed within Belfry Estates.
Passed and Accepted this 2nd day of August,1999.
