RESOLUTION NO.99-91
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING MIDAMERICAN ENERGY PROPOSAL FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF STREETLIGHTS IN INDIGO RIDGE PLAT 2
WHEREAS,The City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,believes it is in the interest of public safety
to have streetlights installed in Indigo Ridge Plat 2;and
WHEREAS,The proposal for streetlights in Indigo Ridge Plat 2 meets with City standards and
specifications.
NOW THEREFORE,be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the City
Administrator/Clerk is ordered to execute the agreement with MidAmerican Energy to have streetlights
installed within Indigo Ridge Plat 2.
