RESOLUTION NO.99-78
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEDICAP SITE PLAN
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,has been petitioned to approve a site plan
for Medicap Pharmacy;and I
WHEREAS,the City Engineer's Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.have reviewed said site plan and provide such
reconunendations as are required for conformity with the Waukee Municipal Code,and
WHEREAS,the site plan proposed by ERG is in conformance with the City's Site Plan Ordinance,and
WHEREAS,the proposed site plan meets with intent of the City's Comprehensive Plan.
NOW THEREFORE,be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the Site Plan for
Medicap Pharmacy is approved as presented.
Passed and Accepted this 2nd day of August,1999.
