RESOLUTION NO.99-81
RESOLUTION APPROVING PARKVIEW CROSSING SITE PLAN
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,has been petitioned to approve a site plan
for Parkview Crossing;and
WHEREAS,the following recommendations are met:
1)properties emptying into Booth Avenue have room for tum around on the premises of said
properties
2)additional park and recreation fees be paid to cover the difference not units to be developed
3)three feet is deeded to the duplex lots
4)two water lines are provided for each duplex;and
WHEREAS,the City Engineer's Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.have reviewed said site plan and provide such
recommendations as are required for conformity with the Waukee Municipal Code,and
WHEREAS,the proposed site plan meets with intent of the City's Comprehensive Plan.
NOW THEREFORE,be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the Site Plan for
Parkview Crossing is approved as presented.
Passed and Accepted this 2nd day of August,1999.
