RESOLUTION NO.99-84
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.1 UTILITY CROSSING
HWY 6 RECONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee entered into an Agreement under date of March 15,
1999,with H &W Contracting LLC.to construct certain improvements known as the
Utilities Crossing,U.S.Highway 6 Reconstruction,and
WHEREAS,the contractor has prepared and filed Change Order No.1,and
WHEREAS,the Project Engineers,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.,have reviewed and
recommend approval of said Change Order No.1;
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that Change Order No.1 in the amount of
$848.00 be recorded as a deduct on the contract with H &W Contracting LLC.and the
same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of August 1999.
