RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY ESTIMATE NO.2 FOR
THE UTILITIES CROSSING,U.S.HIGHWAY 6 RECONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee entered into an Agreement under date of March 15,
1999,with H &W Contracting LLC.to construct certain improvements known as the
Utilities Crossing,U.S.Highway 6 Reconstruction,and
WHEREAS,the contractor has prepared and filed CONTRACTOR'S PAY ESTIMATE
NO.2,and
WHEREAS,the Project Engineers,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.,have reviewed and
recommend approval of said Pay Estimate;
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that Pay Estimate No.2 in the amount of
$00.00 to H &W Contracting LLC.be and the same is hereby approved and payment
authorized aud directed to be made.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of Augu 1999.
