RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR SOUTHFORK WOODS PLAT 2
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas Couuty,State of Iowa,is a duly organized municipal corporatiou;aud
WHEREAS,the Plauning &Zoning Commission approved the final plat on July 25,2000;and
WHEREAS,Southfork Woods Plat 2 is within the existing City Limits of the City of Waukee,Iowa;aud
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee desires to develop more residential areas;and
NOW,THEREFORE BElT RESOLVED by the City Couucil of the City of Waukee,Iowa that the Final Plat for
Southfork Woods Plat 2 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 7'''of August,2000.
