NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa does approve the pre- annexation agreement between the City of Waukee and Stephen and Janet Loots. Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 21'"of August,2000.
