A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,was held at lo'clock p.m.on
August 21,2000,at the Waukee City Hall,230 Highway 6,Waukee,Iowa.The Mayor presided and the roll
was called,showing members present and absent,as follows:
Peard,watts,Gruber,JohnsonPresent;_
Absent:Berger
The Mayor announced that the Council had previously on the 3 1 "day of July,2000 set this time
and piace for hearing on the proposed Resolution of Necessity covering the leckman Road Pump Station
and Sewer Extension Project,but due to the problem with the timing it was in the best interest of the City to
reschedule the date for hearing.
Council Member Gruber introduced and moved the adoption of the resoiution next hereinafter set
out,and seconded by Council Member Johnson.Whereupon,the Mayor put the question upon the motion
and the roll being called,the following named Councii Members voted:
Peard,watts,Gruber,,JohnsonAyes:_
Nays:
Absent:Berger
Whereupon,the Mayor declared the resolut 0
