RESOLUTION APPROVING A $1000 APPROPRIATION FOR CONSULTANT REVIEW OF PARK FEE
ORDINANCE
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized municipal corporation;and
WHEREAS,Prof.Nicholas is an expert in the field of park fees and dedications and is recommended by City
Attorney Paul Huscher ;and
WHEREAS,he has offered to help Waukee draft a Park Fee Ordinance for a $1000 consulting fee;and
WHEREAS,this ordinance needs to be in place soon so that Waukee can continue to grow in an efficient manner.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa does approve the
$1000 appropriation for consulting work on the Park Fee Ordinance.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 21'"of August,2000.
