Approving the Purchase of a Skid-Steer Loader From Capital City Equipment
Company for the Amount of $36,514.
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee desiring to purchase a skid-steer loader for the Public
Works Department;AND
WHEREAS,on August 16,2000 the City let bids for a 74 horsepower skit-steer loader;
AND
WHEREAS,Capital City Equipment Company of Des Moines,Iowa was low bidder at
$36,514;
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the City of Waukee in session this 21"
day of August 2000,hereby approves the purchase of a Bobcat Skid-Steer Loader from
Capital City Equipment Company in the amount of $36,514.
