RESOLUTION APPROVING McDONALD'S/AMOCO SITE PLAN
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized municipal corporation;and
WHEREAS,McDonald's/Amoco has submitted a site plan to the Waukee Planning &Zoning Commission;and
WHEREAS,the Waukee Planning &Zoning Commission approved said site plan;and
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee believes that this business will be a good corporate citizen;and
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa that said site plan is
approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 28th of August,2000.
