RESOLUTION APPROVING SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT WITH WRIGHT TREE SERVICE,INC.IWHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized mnnicipal corporation;and
WHEREAS,the City needs an easement for sewer north of Hickman Road;and
WHEREAS,this easement will facilitate development;and
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa does approve the
sanitary sewer easement with Wright Tree Service,Inc.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 28th of August,2000.
